Served with seasonal vegetables or salad, rice, couscous or potatoes and crusty bread and butter

Baked salmon fillets with a white wine, mushroom and cream sauce topped with a Parmesan and parsley crust

Oven baked chicken marinated in white wine, oregano, garlic, prunes and olives - moist, sweet and delicious!

Aubergine stuffed with bulghar, feta and pistachios in a tomato and oregano sauce

 

Rosewater and yoghurt panna cotta with strawberries, poached rhubarb and rose petals

Chilled pea and mint soup

Salmon, prawn and spinach en croute with lemon cream sauce, Pink Fir apple potatoes with butter and chives, summer vegetables

Fresh strawberries in raspberry coulis, served with little meringues and Devon clotted cream

 

Menu 3

Prosciutto, Parmesan, rocket and melon salad

Fillet of Devon beef roasted with rosemary and garlic, Madeira and mushroom sauce, potatoes Dauphinoise and summer vegetables

Dessert trio -
