Ginny offers the following services
- early site visit to check access, water supply etc
- meeting to agree menu, drinks and time line for the event
- organisation of waitress and bar staff
- liaising with marquee company & set up of catering space
- assessing quantities and organisation of equipment hire ie cooking equipment, tableware & refrigerated van.
- laying up of tables, setting up of food servery and bar etc
- cooling/serving of wine/beer/soft drink (no corkage charge)
- a final clear up the following day
